Jessica Craig, M.A.
Jessica is in charge of Research, Planning, Design and Development for Watts & Associates. Jessica holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Masters of Sciences in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management. She is currently a PhD Candidate in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology.
Jessica is a specialist in project management, program evaluation, survey design and analysis, personality and IQ testing. She has expertise in employee orientation, retention and training, talent planning, employee incentive programs, and human resource development programs.
Jessica worked as a lead researcher and site coordinator at Pepperdine’s Applied Research Center giving her direct experience with research-practice integration. She has worked as an Organizational Consultant for the Center for Innovation and Change. Jessica’s past clients include distribution companies, nationwide corporations, non proﬁt organizations, city and county government organizations, and educational institutions. She has worked with companies such as Goodwill, Pasadena Power Plant, New York Life, and The Walt Disney Studios.
Her goal is to transform all organizations into innovative and successful workplaces where people are motivated, committed and highly productive.
