She specializes in organizational development, diversity, consulting and training.  She also teaches as an adjunct faculty at Chapman University.  Saima's experience spans many markets including retail, education, healthcare, financial services, insurance, taxes, and non-profit organizations.

Saima holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida, a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from the California School of Professional Psychology.  Saima has completed a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Development (OD) from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, Alliant International University.  Saima is a member of Organizational Development Network (ODN) and American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).

During graduate school and after the events of 9/11, Saima became acutely aware of the prevailing cultural prejudice and extremism that still exists today.  She became a member of Board of Directors at the Cultural Center of Fresno where she was instrumental in establishing dialogue for the purpose of promoting understanding and harmony among people of all faiths.  Saima was also invited as a panel member for the California State University, Fresno to empower students with tools to form non-judgmental outlooks while learning to bridge gaps through awareness of their own biases.

Saima creates a highly interactive and engaging learning environment in which participants maximize their learning.  Saima's commitment – to helping people recognize the value of assets that every individual from every culture bring to the development of a work group – has earned her the reputation she enjoys from within Watts & Associates and from clients seeking to create healthier, more inclusive cultures where people can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Dr. Saima Raza was born in Pakistan and grew up in Florida.  She brings an international and bilingual perspective to the field of diversity, cross cultural communication, change management, group dynamics, organizational effectiveness and sales techniques.
