Raffi Arslanian, Jr. is born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara, with a bachelor’s degree in International and Global Studies. Raffi is currently attending Alliant International University, studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Raffi has extensive experience in the health care and entertainment industry, working with Fortune 500 companies. His experience covers a variety of workplace matters, such as building manuals for management, survey development, training, diversity, and learning management systems. He also has extensive experience in development of company intranet for 1000+ employees, on a SharePoint platform. He led the launch, training, marketing, and sustainment of the company portal by partnering with senior external consultants.
Raffi places a great level of emphasis on customizable solutions, especially in streamlining and simplifying day-to-day processes.
He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, along with the Armenian American Mental Health Association. Some of his interests include sports, hiking, backpacking, and traveling.
