Dr. Henry Kelley is an independent consulting associate with Watts and Associates. Dr. Kelly completed a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology as well as additional doctoral training in Organizational Development. His extensive background includes working with public sector and non-profit organizations as well as privately held companies. He has over 20 years experience working in education, health care, and management.
