Charles E. Butler

Charles E. Butler is a sales and marketing associate with Watts and Associates; he will be primarily responsible for developing new accounts in the north eastern region of the United States.
Prior to joining Watts and Associates, Charles enjoyed a very active and successful career in the Real Estate industry in New York City for over 30 years. Charles entered the industry as a Sales Agent selling and leasing commercial property in “Midtown” Manhattan. He eventually became involved in commercial and residential property management.
In recent years, Charles has established himself as a top producing salesman in the field of electronics, appliances and the 'Science of Sleep, a discipline that addresses sleeping disorders, among other business endeavors.
Mr. Butler received his Bachelors Degree in Business Management from C.W. Post College in New York, where he was also a member of the basketball team. In addition, Charles has received several certifications and designations from New York University Real Estate Institute.
Charles is an affiliate of the Association of Builders and Owners of New York and brings to the firm a wealth of energy, a strong sales background and business management expertise.
